Hello! It's actually called a popup and author's mostly add it to let everyone know who made it because they tend to get leeched on other sites. I do agree the popup which keeps popping up every time can be a pain though and there's a way to make the popup display only one time or only when you open the game in the beginning etc. but not a lot of authors implement that.

You can't downgrade right now. They're still working on it. Just save your SHSH blobs on every iOS Version you go to so you can have a chance to downgrade after.
