Use Semi-Restore to remove everything except your Jailbreak and don't use Cydia to give your phone the "Non-Jailbroken feel". The only way to remove Jailbreak is to restore via iTunes. From what I know, Apple is still signing 8.1.2 so you can restore to an 8.1.2 IPSW using SHIFT + Click on the restore button in iTunes.

If you want to remove Jailbreak completely, do a full restore via iTunes and don't restore from backup. Start fresh.
