I don't think there's a way to do what you're asking even with a Jailbreak tweak.

That's the only one which hasn't caused crashing SpringBoard into Safe Mode so far. It is an older version than the one in BigBoss though.

Try the one from BiteYourApple repo.

Slices should work if you purchased it. Try the one from BiteYourApple repo also. And you can try this too if everything else fails: http://ipa.othman.tv/ipa/WhatsApp2.php Doesn't require Jailbreak and I haven't tested it.
