Disable any other previous mods you had for it. No, this is seperate. It is working. Use your PC to download.

Try Safe Mode.

Try PuTTY and make sure you WiFi is the same WiFi on your PC and Device.

Try PuTTY? Reinstall OpenSSH?

Do you have any cheats installed for it? Can you try booting into Safe Mode and seeing if this issue is still there?

Cydia has been updated a few times this week because it had some bugs. Latest version as I'm typing this is 1.1.22 which fixed the empty sources bug. CyDown might not support the latest Cydia version yet. You will need to wait for an update.
