It's not the cheat, it's your device.

Make sure you have Cydia Substrate and PreferenceLoader installed. And do a full uninstall and re-install of the cheat. Turn it on it settings also.

This usually happens when the permissions of the files are incorrect. If the permissions are incorrect then the app cannot write the changes to the files. You will need to set permissions to all the files of the hack once you've applied it. http://iosgods.com/topic/2740-tutorialvideo-how-to-set-permission-to-777-775-755-644-via-ifile/
