Try running uicache in terminal then reboot.

You can upgrade to 8.4 since Apple is signing. Get the ipsw from ipsw.me and shift + restore.

Try running uicache in terminal. It might help.

iFile uses trash unless you disabled the option. You should restore the files from trash.

Jailbroke while OTA updated once also, no issues.

It's not necessary but it might help. I did not need to do that for example and I successfully Jailbroke my device.

You don't need to change your date, you don't need to downgrade iTunes or anything. Just turn off Auto-Lock and Find My iPhone/iPad and Jailbreak. Run the Jailbreak tool as admin to be sure.

The issues you're having everyone else has also. My phone gets hot too but I never notice it because of the case.

Does Growtopia use accounts? Try logging out of Game Center, try a different wi-fi also after you re-do the steps again.

Try iFile.

You will have to find that by yourself. Take a look in the database and see if you find something that has to do with Growtopia or the company.
