That depends on the Jailbreak teams. A video has been shown that iOS 9 could be jailbroken but nobody releases it yet until Apple slows dowsn on updating iOS 9. So we might see a jailbreak in a few weeks..

1st of all you cannot shorten an adf.ly link using adf.ly. Secondly, even if you could, you still wouldn't gain anything but a ban. The traffic needs to be legit and not just one person.
