Boot into Safe Mode and see if you still have the issue there. If all is good then you will need to uninstall any troublesome tweak.

I didn't even need a cracked version of the app.

It's in your installed packages. Search for it and uninstall it then install the .deb from here.

Log out of Game Center, uninstall the app. Do the command in Keychains, reboot device, reinstall the app and you will start a new game and won't get asked to load from your old Save. You can make a new GC account to store your save their also.
