Something that affects what's crashing for you. Actually, a better idea would be to install "CrashReporter" from Cydia and see what's causing the crashes.

Uninstall a few things until you uninstall the correct one

It's just not suggested because you can't upgrade while Cydia is installed.

Restore because updating with Jailbreak might cause issues. You will have to go to iOS 9 unfortunately.

If you had OpenSSH installed, you might have had a chance. I'm not sure if you can do anything with the files you have access to via AFC. You should Google.

You probably already have TomePasscode removed but the problem is you entered an incorrect password too many times and now your iPhone is disabled completely. You should connect it to iTunes and restore.. Backup some files of yours using a file explorer on PC. I don't think there's a way to remove the disabled screen. You can try Googling.

If your iPhone is disabled then you have no choice but to format. Did you have OpenSSH installed? Apple File Conduit?
