If you've followed all requirements on the first posta dn using latest Pangu version but still having that issue then there might be a problem with Pangu itself? Have you also tried a different USB port & Cable?

App Cracking never fully recovered since iOS 8 broke it... Clutch is not doing so good lately. Hopes up high for Rasticrac.

You should also mention that no cracking script works on iOS 9. I'm not even sure how it will since the new app slicing.
