Issue was fixed by reinstalling a deb. Not any deb but one with the same package name as this. Since we couldn't find the deb to reinstall it, we used the Gang nations deb: http://iosgods.com/topic/16658-gang-nations-v154-cheats-1/

It's probably down, doesn't work or outdated. You should look for another one.

It's not a glitch, it's a bug caused because of the Custom Name Style app. I fixed it once but I cannot remember how. @@Scizor

The app, does it require constant internet connection? To play music? Some of the app's music is located in the .app folder.
