I have this with the mail app. Just log out, log in to another account. Clear/read all notifications, make sure there's no more red notification count on the icon and log back into your account.

You can't convert them. Recording them isn't worth it. There's a Spotify/Deezer downloader in Tools section. Give that a try.

It does not. But the "Anti-Ban" doesn't protect you from being banned. You might have a higher chance of not getting banned because you're legitimately Non-Jailbroken.

I'm not a Mac user so not sure really. Try uninstalling some stuff. Ultimately, format and start again. -

I don't think he used Hex Editing. He probably used cheat engines. -

Malwarebytes is good and works. But it's like a secondary AV. Something you can install along AVG, ESET, Avast, etc.
