Updated! Some binaries had an underscore (_) which the tool wouldn't accept due to its filename. That is no longer the case and has now been fixed! You don't need to rename your file and remove the _ then upload it anymore.

There are alternatives but iTunes is probably the best. Or you can manually copy and paste your images to your PC. -
