This tutorial is outdated now. All you need to do is simply update your Darwin CC Tools and LD64 package to solve this problem.

Right? There's an LLDB on WIndows tutorial but I believe that's broken since iOS 8.3 although some people seem to report it's working for them. Some get a blue screen when setting a watchpoint. You can VMWare a Mac though and debug there.

They should both work. Just LLDB might be better.
