We can try a few things. Just don't reset settings because you will get stuck in a bootloop. Can you use keychains-2.db from your dad's iphone?

No. Resetting your iPad would break your Jailbreak. Did you backup your keychains before proceeding?

I didn't understand what you're trying to do but don't mess around with those packages. They can kill your Jailbreak.
