When does it crash? Did you try changing the language as mentioned above? Also, try installing a cracked IPA of this game then install the hack.

I do not think you can. The program that is asking for money, does it actually show the messages you need?

No need. No, there's no need to do that right now. Unlike iOS, Android can easily be rooted so there's not much of an issue comparing iOS Jailbreak. If people aren't rooted, there are many emulators which are.
