It's a ViP mod, you cannot obtain access to it without being ViP. You should look for an alternative way to solve your issue.

The title itself tells you the difference. One is for Jailbroken, the other is for Non-Jailbroken devices.

You should have taken these measures before installing the hack. Literally the first step of the instructions say "Uninstall the app if you have it installed on your iDevice. Make sure to back it up so you don't lose your progress."
