Yes, it's a cracked IPA so you need to install using AppSync.

This is a jailbreak tweak. Install cracked IPAs using AppSync. Don't do that if you're on iOS 10. AppSync will brick your device.

The hack only works on Global One Piece Thousand Storm. It seems like you're trying to install it on Japan.

Just realized that some App Stores have a different app data for this game. This hack only targets the one downloaded from USA. The one who has the same Bundle ID as on the first post.
