It works but it's not worth it at the moment since almost all of Cydia tweaks are broken. And broken tweaks can break your device. -

iGameGuardian should work on iOS 10 Jailbreak once the Jailbreak is more stable. It'll work if you purchase it. -

I honestly don't see a reason for it to crash other than the environment you're running it in. Try making a new account on your PC and start LLDB there.
