You can't with just a plist. You can probably do some code and detect the user entered value and display a popup or something.

Are you NOPing the beginning of the function? Or a bl sub_xxx going to the function? Beginning of a function is always BX LR.

Yeah it is. If you NOP the branch going to that function then it will disable it for one xref only. If you BX LR the whole function then it will disable it entirely from any other places the function was called. The branches will simply lead to a BX LR and do nothing.

Sorry everyone. The app is now 3.5GB in size and it has become very time consuming to continue updating it. I can't even install it on my device anymore because of no free space.
