Solved! Uninstalled all iTunes related programs and installed iTools. iTools itself downloaded Apple Application Support x32/x64 and installed them. Then I downloaded and installed iTunes 12.5.5.5 and iFunBox started working!

There's no point in updating this. Unknown Errors are increasing.
