Non-Jailbroken version comes after because of how it's made. I need to boot up my virtual Mac and make the IPA there. My virtual Mac does lag a bit so I round up a few IPAs then after a few hours, I make and post them at the same time. :)

I doubt it, but you should check out how much charge your phone needs for a full battery then do the math of the electricity costs. But I doubt it's high.
