Yep! Although, the fire rate turns to normal when you go very near a target for some reason. If you tap the fire icon repeatedly, it should work.

The reason behind that price is because of how the cheats inside that section are made. Sure, lowering the price will make more people purchase it, but we kind of don't want that as of now because of the first reason. The cheats in that section are more "fragile" because you can't do much (in terms of hacks) on a Jailed device compared to a Jailbroken device. Jailed cheats are still quite new and stuff might get updated and change. Or probably Apple will break them completely. We'll have to wait and see for both.

Sounds like an issue with the app. Did this randomly happen? Maybe it'll go away when the servers are fixed.
