Not everything , it'll remove the cydia and after that you can reset your iDevice and jailbreak your device again

Open iFIle , tap on edit , tap on bin icon down below , tap on go to trash and copy the application folder , and go to back /var/mobile/containers/data/ and paste the application folder and reboot your device
