Un-install all tweaks , open icleaner and delete all preferences and clean try to download again tweaks

Help/Support jb doesnt works right because something in cydia deleted itself

I think Mod isn't updated for new version of coc -

If it was on icloud then when you restore it , it'll ask for icloud But their isn't any icloud so it is safe to use it
