You need to download the latest iOS firmware , you can download it here ipsw.me Put your device in DFU mode , Open itunes , press shift + restore icon and navigate to iOS firmware , select it and install

If your device is Jailbroken , install background tweaks , dissident , watchdog etc

The apk is corrupt , download it again and install if still showing error , it needs root and Lucky patcher trick to disable the signature
