It seemed to work for me than the gems get buggy but doesn't affect anything

I got the 33k gem glitch to work all I did was follow steps and than I played the game normal hadn't purchased anything yet as my gems didn't change I played a game of who can jump higher came back and I had 125 than I pitched the coins and it glitched to 33k gems

Works like an absolute charm only thing would be perfect to add is to be able to turn on and off ohk crashes the game atm but I went from stage 4 to 15 in 30 mins thank you
