Nice layout, but the style of it seems quite unusual for a website Your typography could use some work. Not so much condensed please (Use TypeGenius to find amazing font pairings) - Increase readability, but make sure it still looks great (I agree with the comment above for more kerning, but not so much) - Include more serif I also think you should place the companies you've worked for at the end of the layout. Explaining what you do or what your product is should be first as you are identifying your brand to the people. But other than that, great layout, and I look forward to viewing your work in the future.
