Is there anyway i can install this hack on my iphone 7 plus on 10.3.2 jailbroken with meridian, but i have no substrate and no packages on cydia, i have ifile i got with cydia impactor

Finally, i've been seeing things about this, but everytime i look for the ipa, it always makes me download zjailbreak or something that i have to pay to get the jb, so annoying..
