there are tweaks like unsub or choicy or nosub that can disable tweak injection but i am not sure if it will work on fortnite since its a Big game -

Cydia impactor is Dead and broken only way to install IP files on IOS if sideloading it into Altstore or whatever altdeploy and Reprovision which you need to be jailbroken for -
