So blobs are used for downgrading to previous version, i can't update to iOS 10.2 if apple stops signing it right?

My question is what if there come a untethered jailbreak for iOS 10.2 and suddenly apple stops signing this version, so how am i going to update to iOS 10.2 ? With SHSH Blobs right? So how am i going to use those blobs?

I am really confused right now, i saw 10.2 jailbreak was released recently and though updating my iPhone 6 to ios 10.2 but when i try to restore and update my jailbroken device, it tells me that it's going to download the 10.2.1 version, i don't want the 10.2.x version, i want the jailbreak on ios 10.2, can anyone guide about what i need to do ? in order to update to iOS 10.2? and yes i am on iOS 8.4 for now... Doesn't work i am on version 2.7 and it doesn't work, i unzipped and replaced the document and library files via filza... yet nothing happened.I played a match, closed the game , repeated the process again. But nothing works.

Open up Cydia , Reinstall Cydia Substrate and Substrate safe mode along with LocalIAP Store,Flex and iAP Crazy . Queue them reinstall them~ RESPRING.. Done.
