God mode doesnt work

i am currently installing everything from the begining. but when im at "cd $THEOS/toolchain sudo wget https://developer.angelxwind.net/Linux/ios-toolchain_clang%2bllvm%2bld64_latest_linux_x86_64.zip -O LinuxToolchain.zip" it says "-bash: cd: /toolchain: No such file or directory" any suggestions?

sadly i did that already. i reopened ubuntu like 5 times and still giving me the same message. is that how you restart ubuntu?
