Get a free PAYG sim put it in, activate device, remove SIM. I spent a week or so trying to find a bypass and couldn't. Just pop a SIM in then out. As @Ted2 said, ask a friend for there's if not as you only need it for a few minutes. -

Don't know of anyone be banned so far dude, you probably crafted and equipped something that isn't released in the game yet. Loads of info on this site for using these hacks safely. -
