Agree with Goggwell try dimming the flare its too bright and smooth out the metallic effects i also would work on the drop shadow effect just a little also in my opinion other than that looks great

Take the green outline off the text drop shadow like Amuyea said and is this for a signature if you are trying signatures dont go above 500x150 -
