I know in game is broken I tried to modify bin and it's not working and I'm using auto cap

I've been trying to get the vortex to work thru bin file but in game can't get them to work what am I doing wrong?

Actually the person I did it for liked it so I just changed it up a few so that his initials would show better and I changed the font on the instrumental part
