Firstly, no tutorials here tell you to REMOVE KEYCHAIN DB FILE... The only solution is to factory restore it. You messed up the network settings and passwords . Even if you manage to connect to internet, icloud activation won't work. By the way you could've asked a keychain.db here and replace it. It would have worked .-. No you can't even the synchronization with itunes is messed up.
