I did manage to use all ships through the 'test flight' thing before but its a hit & miss. Just search in Flex 2 'test flights' & adjust the time. Not sure though if it still works with the latest version.

First, make sure the toggle for 'Use Trash' in File Manager for iFile is ON. Then you can find the Trash folder in /var/mobile/Library/iFile/Trash.

The patch still works with v5.0303 [latest]. Check Update 4 on first page.

iAP Hacks doesn't work with this. You need Premium accounts to have acces to live channels. Did you try searching the site for Sky Go accounts? You may also want to try LiveBox. It has Sky Sports Live Channel.
