thats most likely a problem with the ipa or the phone not being able to open it. Maybe try redownloading it in case it got corrupted or try downloading a different one

go to cydia and install appsync unified and it'll allow you to sign and install your own IPA's (you can download ipas, use filza to install them)

you need to install appsync unfied, with this you can install ipas in filza if you've downloaded them or appcake for example, hope this helps!
