Yeah there can be, just depends what you install Nothing is wrong that means it is installed Open Cydia and make sure everything is installed: tweak inject and preference loader

Install Filza from http://tigisoftware.com/cydia/ and open it Navigate to /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries Click on edit, select all files and click move Navigate to /usr/lib/TweakInject Paste the files Go back to /Library/MobileSubstrate Delete the folder DynamicLibraries Click on Edit -> More -> Symbolic Link Navigate to /usr/lib/ and select the TweakInject folder Rename the TweakInject symlink you just created (in /Library/MobileSubstrate) to DynamicLibraries Re-install Tweak Injector and PreferenceLoader in Cydia Respring Tweaks should be working correctly now. If not, consider rebooting and re-jailbreaking.

Is this with Electra because Coreutils is installed with The JB, so it is a problem with /bin i am assuming. Try de-electra then re jailbreak

Ask Apple for a re sign, just call their support and ask if they can sign iOS 11.1.2 for you to jailbreak
