That means you have a previous save stored to your Game Center account. If you enter that code and click restore, it will load that save and delete your current progress, if you have any. If you don't want to load it just click cancel and continue playing.

Refer to DiDA's post for iOS. If you're using Android, you can "transfer between devices, or versions, by transferring the Android/data/zombie.survival.craft.z/files folder to the new device, or updated app, in the same folder"

For those of you that don't have access to the private beta yet. Simply follow these steps. Instructions Create a new account in the Hong Kong PlayStation Store. Simply use this Link to sign up. Navigate to the store and click "Try Free Demo." Simply use this Link to go to the page. (That account now has the beta in its Library.) Go to your PS4 and sign out of your account. Click "New User" > "Create a User" > Sign in using the Hong Kong account's info that you made earlier. While logged into the Hong Kong account, go to "Settings" > "PlayStation Network/Account Management" > "Activate as Your Primary PS4." Now go to the PlayStation Store and scroll all the way down and click on "Library." Go to the "Purchased" section. Click and Download the Call of Duty WWII Private Beta. While it's downloading sign out and switch back to your main account. Once installed, enjoy! Note This is only for PS4. I used this method to test it and it worked for me, as well as a few others.
