If you're talking theos, get the SDK you need here: http://iphone.howett.net/sdks/ Once it downloads, make a folder in /var/theos/ and call it sdks. Then you put your SDK in there and unzip it

You can tried WiFried, but I don't know if it's compatible with iOS 9. It disables AWDL in CarPlay. (Basically entirely disables CarPlay)
