Show us your Tweak.xm? Also, when you get "Nothing to be done for xxx," it just means nothing was changed in your Tweak.xm

If he put in the Bundle ID when he first made the tweak, it shouldn't matter.

Whether it's true or not, there is no current jailbreak for 9.1, so you'll just have to wait for as long as it avtually takes.
