As of right now we can not downgrade to iOS 7,8 or 9 , we only have the option to save SHSH blobs , it is recommend that blobs for the above iOS are saved In case a way to downgrade is found. Right now there is no way to downgrade. It's said that you can downgrade SPECIFIC devices if you have blobs and a valid APTicket..
