Do not update stay on 9.3.3 with you're jailbreak , 10.1.1 JB is unstable and 10.2 is non existent right now , it's not worth losing you're jailbreak for a jailbreak that might not even come untill 10.3. This always happens at some point , it comes to a stand still and we all think we need to update , we don't , if we have a jailbreak then what we do is we keep that jailbreak untill we know 100% the next one is Working well enough to update and jailbreak. We may not see a fully stable 10.1.1 jailbreak but it gives us hope for a stable 10.2/10.3 jaikbreak , the question is do you want to lose you're 9.3.3 jailbreak and sit without until a stable iOS 10.2/10.3 jailbreak is available ? I'll keep my jailbreak and wait it out just like million do when the jailbreak scene comes to a stand still. iDavie

Remove the app completely by uninstalling it , remove all files connected with the app run iCleaner if you wish and reinstall from AppStore.

I suppose who ever needs or wants to stash , this is just a warning for all that have it or plan on having it on 9.3.3 or below ! YUCCA Utilities stashes your system to fix the Cydia crash issues and low-storage warnings. It's just a warning that all jailbreak users should avoid installing the ‘Yucca Utilities’ package and iOS 10 users to avoid any type of Cydia Substrate enabler. Saurik has also issued a warning against the use of this package and states that every iOS 10.1.1 jailbreak user should stay away from it. The package is so “broken” that his only “recommendation” for those who installed it would be to restore their devices to iOS 10.2, but he also states that you wait for Luca to release the iOS 10.2 jailbreak before restoring. Saurik : I am concerned the YUCCA package is so broken the only real recommendation I have is to restore your device to 10.2 (though I’d also recommend waiting until Luca releases a jailbreak and just hope that when that happens iOS 10.2 is still a restorable option). As for Substrate, I wouldn’t worry too much about anything: I’m pretty certain your “worst case scenario” is to hold down volume up while running a new mach_portal, which will disable Substrate entirely, at which point you can fix any issues you have via Cydia.

Can you boot in to safe mode ? If so boot into SafeMode , remove "bad" tweak and reboot device, run Pangu app.

No mate not at all a non JB device don't know what to do with a .deb file. Then you can not get iFile on non JB device. No root. No access to directories. It's not iFile.

Deezer ++ and Duet display are not iFile You will not get iFile to work on a non JB device.

You're device boots to a non JB state , that's good do not use Cydia eraser at this point. Personally I would keep trying with the "count 20" fix , once I was sat there for hours doing it , my head was gone thought I'd lost my JB , I then went and asked Dutch what was going off and he advised me to do the "count 20" fix , now I didn't do it first time , it was hard to get it bang on but after another 6/7 attempts boom it worked. You're device has no issues other than it can not execute the jailbreak , it's failing to process the boot into , this is the Pangu app not you're device. Redline will stop the Pangu app from executing the JB , don't know why it stops the app from processing the boot into , do you have anyway of removing said redline with iFunbox ? Cydia won't open untill you run the Pangu app

It seems like it's the timing mate , you need to wait on each screen after you tap , so tap wait , we wait to let the app load fully before we tap again to request another action , keep doing it just make sure you wait the full 20 seconds , get a clock or watch to help you get spot in 20 seconds. Only other thing I can think of is that you're Pangu App certificate is no longer valid , remove the Pangu App and reinstall a new fresh Pangu with a new certificate.

So let me get this straight : Battery ran out device shut down Charged device and turned on Ran Pangu , locked screen , received notification ...... And basically it crashed , failed to boot into non JB state or failed to boot to JB state ? Sounds to me like you're timing is a little out ! Turn off device , now turn it back on ... Open Pangu app and count to 20 don't tap nothing just open the app and count to 20. When you have counted to 20 , tap the big circle and again count to 20 , don't tap nothing just count to 20. Now lock the screen wait for notification , device will respring and should be Jailbroken again.
