Open AppStore, scroll to the bottom and tap "Sign Out"

 

Sign out of AppStore and then close AppStore from multitasking.

 

Open AppStore, Scroll to the bottom and tap "Sign In"

 

Sign in to AppStore, got to springboard and open an app.

Volume + (up)

 

Wait for the device to loop, as soon as the apple logo disappears hold the Volume + (up) button and keep it held down until you see the lockscreen.

This may sound daft but check the time and date are correct, leaving a idevice turned off for a lengthy amount of time can sometimes reset the time and date way back to 1970.

If you can not enter "SafeMode" then you need to restore the device to stock.

 

Entering SafeMode will allow you to remove the tweak that is causing the bootloop.

Open AppStore and download a new free app, one you don't have, install it run it see what happens.

Have you tried a reboot ?

 

A reboot can fix most common issues.

Is the device Jailbroken ?

 

What iOS ?

 

I would say you need to update the apps ? Do you install apps that require Cydia impactor ?

 

If so then it could be the 7 day licence has expired, simply reinstall with impactor.

 

If you have not used it then the apps may need updating , the iPad may need an update.

 

Due to you not touching it for 4 months I'd say most is outdated and need to be removed and reinstalled.

 

What about stock apps ? Do these run correctly or do these have issues ?

Try going into "Settings" and change "font size", then go into "Springtomize" and change "Icon size"

 

Respring.

 

How to clearUICache :

 

Open Cydia, and download “Mobile Terminal” from BigBoss repo.

 

Open “Terminal”

 

Run the command “su -c uicache mobile“.

 

This will prompt you for a password, which is “alpine” by default.

 

Run the command “su root“.

 

This will again prompt you for a password, which is “alpine” by default.

 

Run the command “reboot“.

 

This will force a reboot of your device and flush the cache you marked to be cleared.

You need to install from current source or add a source that provides "Preferenceloader"

 

Search Cydia for Preferenceloader by Dustin Howett , should be available via BigBoss repo.

 

If on iOS 10 running Yalu Jailbreak Preferenceloader may still need updating !

You can't change it mate, from what I can remember I don't think it's been possible since iOS 7.

 

We used to just be able to "Spoof" the MAC address but it's not been possible since Apple changed things.

Both can be found on Cydia.

Would not advise you do so because when you change MAC address you need to reboot but after the reboot the device will determine it has not been activated !!!!!

How to Renew DHCP Lease on iOS to Get a New IP Address ............

 

This will retrieve a new IP address from the DHCP router, and fill in other DHCP info as well:

 

Open the “Settings” app and choose “Wi-Fi”

Find the wireless network the device is connected to and tap on the (i) blue info button – not the name of the router.

 

Under the DHCP tab (the default), scroll down to reveal “Renew Lease” and tap on it, confirm to renew the lease when asked.

 

 

All network fields will clear out and go blank for a moment, then refill with a new IP address and the other standard DHCP networking info.

 

Close out of Settings.
