You are aware that while using Cydia impactor the IPAs you install only last 7 days, after the 7 days you have to reinstall the IPA again, this is due to Apple only allowing the free user a 7 day licence for unsigned IPAs. 

We need a little more information, Cydia could be crashing for multiple reasons.

 

You say you can use Cydia for a while but then it crashes ...... What do you install before it crashes ?

 

When you say "Crashes" what exactly do you mean .......... Cydia opens but freezes ? Cydia crashes upon launch ?

 

What device are you currently using ? ?

DIDa Can not help you with this issue, if you're bank says "No" then its a no.

You may need to contact you're bank again, tell them what you are trying to do and they should tell you why its declined.

 

Once you know why its declined, Resolve the issue then try to purchace again or if you're bank says there is no problem contact DIDa.

The reason jailbreaks are not released for 32bits anymore is because they aren't stable enough, and even if you aren't worried about this they still wil not run as smoothly as 64bit devices

This is irrelevant to the topic, I don't know where you get that 32bit devices are unstable, 32bit devices did the job perfectly long before 64bit devices, there are jailbreaks for 32bit devices and they are very stable more stable than the current.

Look i have no idea what you are on about , JB or no JB, Apple optimise each iOS for each device, iOS 10 run's "1000%" fine on the iPhone 5C, its optimised to do so.

We can not update the iOS version it's down to the developer, if the App was more popular on Android device then this is why the developer did not update the iOS version.

Nope not possible, if you update you will be forced to iOS 10.

 

You can Jailbreak some versions of iOS 10 but not the latest, you can Sideload cracked apps on to iOS 10 without a jailbreak so you might want to look in to it a bit more.

You are not uninstalling the trackpad, you are uninstalling the "Synthetic" driver added to the trackpad.

Double click and change the value to 0, close out and restart your computer.
