Ash that explains my problem. My work around is to just purchase crowns in-app, disable the VIP Cheats, speed up the upgrades by spending crowns, then reenable VIP Cheats. That was supposed to say "Aaahhh, that explains it". Stupid auto-correct.

Not using Gamegen yet, but if I can get this issue resolved, I will. Just the DomiNation VIP Cheats installed from Cydia.

I'm using Domination VIP Cheats on my jailbroke iPhone.

When trying to make changes to some items in the game, like speed up the building of certain items, I get an Error with something about Window States: Network Error: Error says: "You may be experiencing an Internet Connectivity problem blah blah blah" and when I click Try Again, it restarts the game.
