  11. There is no jailbreak for 10.3.2 but if you want to jailbreak downgrade to 10.3.1 you have better chances there

There are two things I can say to you first is you messed up second thing is you messed up if it doesn't boot up no matter how much try then you must restore it with itunes using DFU mode You can enter dfu mode by doing these steps Plug your device into your computer with a USB cable. Turn off the device. Hold the Power button for 3 seconds. Hold the Home and Power buttons for 10 seconds. Release the Power button but keep holding the Home button. After about 15 seconds you will be alerted by iTunes saying that it has detected a device in Recovery Mode. Then after that click restore
