Try deleting, then rebooting after deleting, then installing again, then rebooting again. Hopefully it will work.

I didn't. Try to install a different version of LocalIAPStore for example, instead of using a certain repo's LocalIAPStore use a different repo's one

This happens with some apps randomly, i don't know why. It has happened to me a few times

I think this is because some tweaks are still not compatible with ios 9.3.3 Since the iOS 9.3.3 is still new there are lots of Tweaks that still need to be updated to be compatible with iOS 9.3.3

Works for me. Sometimes it doesn't work after i use it too much on 1 app but works. Some apps though, like Clash of Clans or Clash Royale, make it so that LocalIAPStore doesn't work on it.
