Dude, that wallpaper is from iOS 7 or 8 I don't remember but it isn't in iOS 9, Apple removed it for some reason. I think it's coming back in iOS 10 but I also remember seeing a tweak that adds it but I think I was just imagining that lol. If u want to u can get if off the internet and set it as a wallpaper from the camera roll

Have u tried Haxton? Also, try logging in to ur account from ur phone to see if ur ip banned.

PokeMobBot does that sometimes, use Haxton or something else

Pick the one in the device which has 104 cards then after that create a new account

cant u still log in to it? if u can then its ok, get ur old characters and play on the new account
