Have u tried Haxton? Also, try logging in to ur account from ur phone to see if ur ip banned.

PokeMobBot does that sometimes, use Haxton or something else

Pick the one in the device which has 104 cards then after that create a new account

To chat in color all you need to do is put this: [.color=#f00] type what u wanna type here then put [./color] without the . and also the [.color=#f00] without a . the f00 that i put is a hex code. there are LOTS of hex codes so u can do any color you want.
